By using the Madar Ads website or the client dashboard at app.madar-ads.com, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide measurement setup and ad campaign management under a separate offer or agreement that sets the scope and fees, plus a private dashboard where you follow the results of your connected ad accounts.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for the activity of the teammates you add. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

Connecting ad accounts

You confirm you are authorised to connect the ad accounts you ask us to connect. Those accounts and their data remain yours, and you can ask us to disconnect them at any time.

Fees and ad budget

Our service fees are separate from the ad budget paid to the ad platforms, and are set in the agreed offer.

Results

Ad performance depends on factors outside our control, such as the product, price, store experience and platform policies. We commit to running, measuring and improving the work carefully; we do not guarantee a number of sales or a specific return.

Data accuracy

Numbers in the dashboard come from the ad platforms and may be delayed or differ slightly from what the platform itself shows. The ad platform is the official reference for billing.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for anything unlawful, try to access other clients' data, or disrupt or misuse the service.

Intellectual property

The website, the dashboard, their design and the Madar identity belong to Madar Ads. Your data and campaign content remain yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by outages of ad platforms or third-party providers.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end the service under our agreement. We may suspend dashboard access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Changes

We may change these terms; when we do, we will update the last-updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the changed terms.
