This policy explains how Madar Ads handles data on this website and in the client dashboard at app.madar-ads.com.

Who we are

Madar Ads provides measurement setup and ad campaign management, plus a private dashboard where each client follows their campaign results.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, email address and user role. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read.
• Ad account data: account and campaign names and performance metrics such as spend, clicks, conversions and revenue — only for the accounts you authorise us to connect.
• Technical data: an activity log inside the dashboard (such as sign-ins and settings changes) and IP addresses in server logs, for security.
• The contact form on this site: it does not send or store your data; it prepares a summary that you copy yourself.

How we use data

• To run your dashboard and show your account reports.
• To manage and improve your campaigns as agreed between us.
• To protect accounts and prevent unauthorised use.
• To contact you about the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Technical service providers we rely on for hosting and for connecting ad platform data, to the extent needed to provide the service.
• The ad platforms themselves when managing your campaigns, under their own policies.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Security

All traffic runs over HTTPS, each client's data is isolated at the database level, connection keys are stored encrypted, and access is limited to authorised users.

Retention

We keep data for as long as the service runs. When it ends we delete it or remove what identifies you within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent to connect any ad account at any time.

Cookies and local storage

The dashboard uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. This website stores preferences such as dark mode in your browser only. We do not currently use ad tracking or analytics on this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; when we do, we will change the last-updated date at the top of this page.
